Signature Event Strategy & Execution

$7,500*

Best for teams planning one big annual event. Includes event strategy, timeline, vendor logistics, on-site support and post-event review.

Annual Events Retainer

$28,000+*

Best for organizations running 2–4 events per year. Includes full annual planning, coordination for each event, on-site support, and wrap-up reporting.

 FAQs

  • For Signature Events our contracts typically last 8 to 12 weeks, depending on scope.

    For Annual Events Retainers our contracts require a six month minimum and can extend up to 15 months.

  • An intentional, well orchestrated event that connects with your audience, reflects your values and gives your team space to stay present and not pressured.

  • We run this on a case-by-case basis. For most clients, we source volunteers from their community. If paid event staff is needed, we are happy to coordinate but the client will own cost & liability associated with the outsourced event staff.

  • Of course we do! You can add on an event marketing toolkit for $1,800 which includes a social media calendar and promotional email templates for teams with limited marketing support.

    If you need more hands on support, we have a network of social media partners to meet every need and budget.
